* Delete index/el/elogs-1.1.0.toml

* Delete upload directory

* Enable Alire Ada 2022 build switch

* Update elogs-1.1.0.toml

* Restrict GNAT versions to ones supporting Ada 2022

* More compiler restrictions

* Use alternate dependency understood by alr<2.0
