onox 6795b93ce3 json 6.0.0, json 5.0.x metadata (#1164) 
* json 5.0.x: Add gnat <= 13 dependency

The json 5.0.x releases do not compile with GNAT >= 14 because the
compiler is checking more SPARK restrictions.
