* pico_ada_c07_buzzer update tar

* Fix formatting in pico_ada_c07_buzzer TOML file

To force a rebuild.

* Update pico_xbsp dependency version to 1.7

Since pico_ada_c07_buzzer-1.7.1 compiled without error I check step by step the differences.
