remoteio 2.23808.1 (#1610)

Added conflicting packages to [[forbids]] section:
libsimpleio, mcp2221, wioe5_ham1, wioe5_ham2, wioe5_p2p.

Include support for Wio-E5 LoRa Transceiver Module.

Added -gnatwK to compiler flags to suppress a lot of warnings.
